Tobias Schiwek

Tobias started his career in 1996 in the "multimedia department" of BMZ!FCA in Dusseldorf – today known as Saatchi & Saatchi. He's spent his day and night time at agencies like Jung von Matt, Pixelpark, Springer & Jacoby, Leagas Delaney and Ogilvy.

From 2010 to 2012 he was a freelance social media consultant and has conducted many social media projects for clients like Wacom, Hyundai, EIZO and Medion – for the latest he developed the first online 24 hours comedy show with Atze Schröder which was his first branded entertainment format.

In 2012 Tobias joined TBWA\ as "translator" between the traditional and digital communication world. In this role he's been the driver of the agencies digital transformation. In close co-operation with Unitymedia Tobias has built a content marketing team that develops strategies and creative ideas and formats, produces, analyses and optimizes the performance of assets. With "Let's talk digital" TBWA\ and Unitymedia have developed a cultural relevant format which was the cornerstone for Unitymedias content strategy in the future.

Taç Romey

Taç Romey is a writer, producer, and CEO of his company Phantomfilm GmbH. He is best known for his I-emmy nominated TV Series ALLE LIEBEN JIMMY, for which he received numerous awards. The same goes for his film KEBAB MIT ALLES and currently his show: DER LACK IST AB, which went from being Germanys most successful webseries to being picked up as an Amazon Original and distributed in over 200 countries. Since October 2016 he is Professor for Serial Storytelling at HFF Munich (University for Television and Film).

She previously worked several years in London and Berlin for Axel Springer and Bloomberg in digital marketing and business development.

Based on 20+ years of professional and leadership experience with international media companies and a large personal network, Andrea founded her own Marketing Consulting company in 2015. Andrea advises and supports international media and media events like conferences, markets, and festivals in strategy, marketing, conference management and business development.

Fascinated by the unfolding opportunities for media in times of digital change Andrea combined her profound background in international TV ad sales &marketing with her passion for content and storytelling to nurture and advocate video and branded content initiatives.

At DMEXCO, the leading annual digital exhibition and conference in Cologne/Germany, Andrea runs the Motion Stage, a dedicated platform for video content and curates all video topics on the other stages too. With the leading TV markets MIPTV/MIPCOM in Cannes and TV Series Festival Berlin Andrea organises matchmaking sessions, networking programmes and industry panels on innovation and branded content topics. Further projects include consulting international producers and media start ups in marketing and business development.

Andrea studied Business Administration, Media, and Music Business Management, and holds a degree by the University of Mannheim. Before starting her own company, Andrea worked in different marketing & management roles with RTL Group, IP Network, Viacom and Berlinale Intl. Film Festival in both Germany and the USA.
