For the last 20 years, Claire Dion has held a strategic position in the development of the convergent and transmedia industry in Quebec. She had the opportunity of sustaining innovative projects through the Bell Fund a pioneer in Digital Media production and development financing. She also administers the Independent Production Fund dedicated to webseries, and television drama series production. As a Fund administrator, she has made fostering talent a priority throughout her career. Claire Dion received a Master Degree in Cinéma from USC (University of Southern California).
Melina Voss is the co-founder and creative producer of Unframed Productions. With over 10 years of experience in the entertainment business she has developed and brought many projects to life, from the award winning web series “Der Wedding kommt” (Funk / UFA X) to a prime time dating show. Her background is in media economics and audiovisual arts. She worked several years for UFA X and produced for ZDF, SRF, ProSieben, ARTE or MTV among others.
Nataly Kudiabor began her career in 1994 parallel to her studies as an editor for "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten" at RTL Television. Subsequently she worked as an editor for RTL II, ARD Degeto, as a series producer for Ziegler Film and as a producer for "Verbotene Liebe". As Head of Development and producer, she then headed ndf's Berlin office for eleven years, developing the ARD crime series "Morden im Norden" among other things. From 2015 – 2018 she was managing director of the production company “good friends” and developed the award-winning comedy noir series "Arthur's Law". In 2017 Nataly Kudiabor secured the remake rights to the Swedish series "Bonus Familie", which was sold to ARD and is currently being shot as a mini-series. She has been working as producer for UFA Fiction since May 2019.

Solmaz Azizi was born in Teheran and raised in Darmstadt where she discovered her love for storytelling. After several years of working as a Programme Manager for the Competition Programme of the Berlin International Film Festival she played an essential role in establishing the first standalone programme for high quality series at an A-Festival worldwide. After five years of curating the lineup as head of Berlinale Series she has recently stepped down from her post to pursue new endeavours.
